Recruitment

Search discipline, applied below the board.

Specialist permanent and contract hiring across technology, digital, data, product, sales and operations. Candidates are approached directly, assessed properly, and matched to the outcome rather than the keyword list.

What it is

Headhunting the layer that carries delivery.

The roles beneath the executive team decide whether strategy survives contact with reality. We treat them with the same method as a search, at a pace and price that suits volume hiring.

Job boards surface people who are already looking. That is a narrow slice of any market, and rarely the strongest. We map the function, approach the people doing the job well elsewhere, and put a shortlist in front of you with reasoning attached.

Where we hire

  • Engineering, platform, cloud and security
  • Data, analytics and AI
  • Product management and design
  • Enterprise sales, sales engineering and revenue operations
  • Transformation, delivery and operations
  • Finance and commercial functions in growth businesses

How it works

Engagement models.

Choose the commercial model that matches how much control and speed you need.

01

Fixed fee, exclusive

An agreed fee for a defined role, worked exclusively. Best value where you want proper market coverage without retained pricing.

  • Shortlist in three to six weeks
  • Market map included
  • Staged or on placement
02

Contingent

Success only. Suited to well defined roles where the market is deep and speed matters more than exhaustive coverage.

  • No fee without a hire
  • Direct approach, not database recycling
  • Practitioner screening on request
03

Contract & day rate

Specialist contractors for delivery peaks, programme work and specific technical gaps, with compliance handled.

  • Fast turnaround
  • Rate benchmarking provided
  • Extension management

Standards

What we will not do.

Every profile arrives with reasoning: why this person, what evidence supports the claim, what the risks are, what their motivation actually is. If we cannot answer those questions, the CV does not go out.

If we cannot explain the role to a strong candidate in plain language, we cannot attract one. That means a proper briefing first, including the parts of the job that are hard.

Three to five well matched candidates beats fifteen approximate ones. Volume on a shortlist is a sign the brief was never properly defined.

Every person we approach gets a straight answer and timely feedback. The market is small and reputation compounds, for you as much as for us.
